I don’t live in Canada but purchased the participating products within the purchase period. Am I eligible for the offer?

I’m 16 and purchased the participating products within the purchase period. Am I eligible for the offer?

I work with a retailer. Am I able to participate in the offer?

Yes, you are able to participate in this Offer, if you meet all of the other entry requirements.

I am a Kruger employee. Can I participate?

No, Kruger employees are not allowed to participate. Reference Eligibility (4) in the Official Terms and Conditions.

How long is this offer valid for?

The offer is valid between July 15, 2017 and October 15, 2017 or while supplies last of specially marked product. Receipts must be submitted on or before 11:59:59 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on October 30, 2017. Limit one (1) Request per household.

I purchased the required participating products within one transaction and have the sales receipt showing the purchase date was October 1, 2017. Today is October 20, 2017, am I still eligible for the offer?

Yes, receipts must be submitted on or before 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PST) on October 30, 2017. You are still eligible for the offer if you submit before this date.

I submitted my receipt before October 30, 2017 but forgot to redeem my Reward Code. Am I ineligible to receive the $5.00 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card?

Yes, using the $5.00 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card email you received, click on the link on or before October 30, 2018 to redeem your Reward Code. After October 30, 2018 the Reward Code will be null and void and you will no longer be eligible to redeem the $5.00 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card.

Is there a No Purchase method to get the $5.00 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card?

No, you must make the required purchase to be eligible for $5.00 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of this offer.

What are the participating products?

Does it make a difference if I purchase two Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissue 6 packs or two Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissue 9 packs or one of each?

No, all combinations are accepted provided that they are purchased together in one (1) transaction, appear on one (1) sales receipt and are purchased between July 15, 2017 and October 15, 2017.

How many receipts can I submit?

Only one (1) receipt will be accepted per household. There is a limit of one (1) request (Reward) per household regardless of the method of entry and if there are more than two (2) products purchased on the sales receipt you will only receive one (1) Reward. Only one (1) person may submit a receipt for the household.

My receipt doesn’t clearly identify the retailer and/or date of purchase. Can I still get the offer?

No, to participate in this Offer, your receipt must clearly state the two (2) Scotties®’ Facial Tissue multipacks as well as show the store name and date. Without these three conditions, the receipt is not valid.

Do I need to keep my receipt?

Yes, you must keep your original sales receipt as this may be required for verification purposes.

If I purchase a Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissue 6 pack not realizing the offer is available and go back later and purchase a Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissue 6 or 9 pack, am I still eligible for the offer?

No as they must be purchased together in one (1) transaction and appear on one (1) sales receipt and the purchase must be made between July 15, 2017 and October 15, 2017.

If I purchase a Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissue 6 pack and a Scotties®’ Supreme Multipack 2-ply facial tissue, am I eligible for the offer?

No, the participating products are the Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissues either in 6 pack (UPC 0 61328 80136 6) OR 9 pack (UPC 0 61328 80105 2). Any other Scotties®’ facial tissue products are not part of the offer.

Where is this offer available?

This offer is available at any participating Canadian Retailer where specially marked Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissue 6 or 9 packs are sold. Product must be purchased in person.

My retailer is out of the Scotties®’ Original Multipack 2-ply facial tissue 6 and/or 9 packs. Can you tell me when they will be getting more?

Unfortunately, we can’t advise who still has specially marked promotional product. Specially marked product is available while supplies last. We suggest you contact the retailer and see if they are willing to advise if they still have any promotional product left.

I don’t have internet access, a cell phone or an email address. How can I get this offer? I made the required purchase.

Many public libraries, internet cafes, retail businesses and others offer access to the internet and a number of internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts. A photo of your receipt can be taken with your camera and uploaded to ScottiesRewards.ca or emailed to Rewards@ScottiesRewards.ca. Internet access is a requirement for the Offer.

What happens if I don’t have a smartphone?

A photo can be taken of your receipt from a camera and uploaded to ScottiesRewards.ca or emailed to Rewards@ScottiesRewards.ca.

What is a Smartphone?

A smartphone is a cellular phone that performs many of the functions of a computer, typically having a touchscreen interface, Internet access, and an operating system capable of running downloaded applications.

How do I upload a photograph from my smartphone?

When visiting ScottiesRewards.ca, you will have the opportunity to “Upload”. When clicking this button, your camera album should open up. Choose the photo of your receipt and press “done”.

How do I upload a photograph from my camera?

Download your pictures from your camera onto your computer. On ScottiesRewards.ca, click “upload”. It will give you the option to choose a photo from your computer. Find your receipt image and click “open”.

I can’t seem to find my picture of the sales receipt?

Typically, images are automatically saved to a folder on your desktop or you can choose to save it to your favorite location. Try checking other folders (Downloads, Documents or Desktop) or re-download from your smartphone or camera.

How long will it take to process my receipt/receive my reward?

Allow 48 hours from the time the receipt was submitted for the validation process. An email will be sent once your request has been reviewed. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see an email in your inbox. Reminder to keep your original sales receipt.

Will I be contacted if there is a problem with my receipt?

Yes, if for any reason there is a problem with your submitted Request you will receive an email which will indicate the reason why your receipt could not be processed. Reminder to check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see an email in your inbox.

What happens if I don’t see an email after 48 hours?

  1. Confirm that you completed the registration form. The link was included in our first text or email you received after uploading your photograph. This must be completed before we can finish the verification process.
  2. If that has been completed, look in your spam folders or filters for an email with the subject line “Scotties®’ Facial Tissue $5.00 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card Request”.
  3. If you still have questions, email help@ScottiesRewards.ca

I have my Reward Code, now what?

When you click the link in the e-mail containing your reward code you’ll be prompted to log into your account on ScottiesRewards.com, if you do not have an account, simply follow the instructions to set one up. After this, enter your Reward Code and select a virtual Prepaid Visa® account. Once you’ve done this, you can use the digits from the card to make an online or phone purchase at any retailer that accepts Visa® debit.

Why is it not letting me click on the Reward Code?

The Reward Code e-mail has a one (1) time click. Please check with family members to ensure no one has opened, click and redeemed your $5.00 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card.
